Grand Re-Opening of Building 200!!
February 10, 2017
Fire Marshall and final inspections were passed for building 200. There had been a long delay for Oncor to resume electric service but temp meters were finally installed subject to the building final. Units are available for leasing this weekend for immediate occupancy. We plan to relocate the office back to the original location by the front entrance at 200-2 next week as well.
Renovated 7 units in March and April for a total of 77 units.
Contracted US Property Consultants to manage property on July 1, 2017.
Renovated 1 each in-house in July, August, September; Moved Kitchen ½ wall 11”.
Hired Rachel as manager, Juanita as assistant since June 15.

Landscaped Pioneer entrance adding foliage at and near sign, added flags and lighting September 28
Began application process for refinance as Freddie Mac cash out (non-recourse) Nov. 15.

Ken Barjam's group was crucial in implementing a smooth transition for the residents. They have increased occupancy to 95% and brought a wealth of ideas to further improve the property, atmosphere and unit accommodations!
